Personalized Fitness Programs
Before the start of any fitness program, you’ll go through a brief but comprehensive Discovery Session (the first step in the Modoma Integrated Framework) to pinpoint your areas of concern. Blood work, range of motion testing, in addition to various fitness assessments, provide a solid foundation for which your fitness program is built upon. The Discovery Session is overseen by a licensed medical provider.
The information gathered during discovery is then communicated to your trainers, allowing them to program a fitness routine specific to your individual needs.

With experience working in hospital cardiac rehab facilities as well as training professional athletes, our medical fitness team is in the upper echelon of fitness experts in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex.
Not only are we the training center for the best 500-hour vocational school for personal trainers in Texas (Dallas NPTI), but our facility is the only one in the DFW Metroplex that offers blood work, medical massage and medically-integrated services to directly coincide with our fitness programs.

We perform physical diagnostics before you begin any program or routine. The data gathered from your results gives us an internal road map that dictate your workouts, nutrition plans and supplement protocol. The diagnostic results also serve as a benchmark, allowing us to compare follow-up diagnostics so we can monitor your improvement.
Range of Motion Exams
Track and monitor your flexibility and joint/ligament health. We prescribe specific stretches, exercises and training protocols based on your needs to help with any issues you may have.
Routine Health Evaluations
Helping you reach optimal health and sustained wellness is our ultimate goal. With routine health evaluations, we'll closely track and monitor any changes to your health.
Cardiovascular and biomechanically-sound strength and endurance training with a certified personal trainer in a one-on-one setting. With the focus solely on you, get in-depth instruction and guidance. We continuously track your progress and compare results to the baseline statistics gathered from your Discovery Session.
Group Personal Training
Cardiovascular and biomechanically-sound strength and endurance training in a group setting overseen by a certified trainer. Be motivated by others looking to achieve similar goals. We continuously track your progress and compare results to the baseline statistics gathered from your Discovery Session.
Heart Rate Monitoring
Track your heart rate in real-time through our FitMetrix monitoring system. Chest straps allow us to precisely monitor your heart rate throughout the entire workout. Trainers no longer have to guess how your body responds to exercise stress.
Remove the guesswork from your workouts. Our trainers create personalized workout routines and load them into your profile, so you can track how well you performed each exercise. You'll also have access to hundreds of professional training videos to assist you. You can even take progress photos to see your results over time.
Stay on track with daily nutrition tracking via our free app. Our trainers have access to this information allowing them to monitor your calorie intake and macros to make sure you achieve your nutrition goals.
Nutritional Counseling & Weight Loss
Lose weight and keep it off with our scientifically proven weight loss methods. We use the most accurate metabolic equations to develop nutritional plans to support your fat loss. We specialize in both ketogenic and low-fat approaches. Our programs focus on long-term lifestyle approaches, not fad or trendy diets.
