Our medical memberships are Personalized Health Blueprints that are prescribed by our medical team. Each blueprint is customized to meet your individual needs. These memberships include medical oversight with regular evaluations to monitor your progress, with the goal of alleviating your discomfort, correcting any imbalances, and achieving true recovery. Health insurance may be used with our medical memberships and prescribed medical services.
We also offer massage memberships that are non-medical. Our massage membership is $69 a month and includes one monthly massage. Additional monthly massages can be purchased at the discounted rate of $59, and memberships can be cancelled at any time with a 30 day written notice.
Fitness Memberships (Dallas Location Only)
Our fitness memberships include access to our fitness facility (Dallas Location Only). We offer a complimentary fitness assessment for all members when they join.
